50 Free Posters for Arts & Music Events

The folks at Ginny's love Austin arts and music. We want to support local creative talent by providing 50 free posters to promote performances and events.

How it Works:

• You can get exactly 50 free color copies of your poster, no more, no less
• You have to be promoting a music or arts event (one order only per event).
• To order, fill out the form at right and attach a PDF file for your poster.
• The PDF must be ready to print as is. There will be no proofs or adjustments.
• Posters will be digitally printed on 12x18-inch 100# cover-weight paper. The image area is limited to 11¾x17¾, so there will be a white border around the poster.
• You must pick up the posters two workdays after you order them.
• Go to SHIPPING behind our building at 8410 Tuscany Way (see map) and ask for the free posters. You can identify your job by the name of the file that was originally submitted.

No exceptions. This is the only way we can provide this free service.

Since this special offer is outside our normal sales process, no one at Ginny’s, not even someone you may have worked with before, will be able to answer any questions about your poster job. So please, no phone calls regarding your order, just follow the requirements above. Trust us, it will work as long as you follow the steps.
